Multinational Tech Company Dublin

PROJECT BACKGROUND

This US based financial tech company has established its European headquarters in Dublin city. The grade-A listed office is 85,000 sq. ft. The end client wished to put their own stamp on the premises, but acoustics were also a key consideration for the business.

OUR ROLE

Multitek Construction supplied and installed the bespoke ceiling rafts using a combination of pre-formed and in-situ works to achieve the aesthetic and acoustic specifications. These works were carried out within the occupied space.

PROJECT DELIVERY

The client’s vision was to include new raft ceilings as a design feature and acoustic solution throughout its agile working space. Exposed soffits in several areas of the building were a key issue to be considered, working closely with the architect, the design team and engineers, Multitek successfully concealed the new raft ceiling’s suspension system.

Early-stage collaboration was a key success ingredient in this project and resulted in an aesthetically pleasing and creative solution to the design challenge.
