Three Ireland Stores

PROJECT BACKGROUND

Three Ireland Ltd now has 68 retail stores throughout Ireland and is the country’s largest mobile telecommunications provider. In 2021 the company announced a programme of transformative investment in a new retail concept nationwide across its retail outlets.

OUR ROLE

Multitek Construction was appointed by our fitout client to work on the refurbishment of six stores, based in Limerick, Dublin, Kilkenny and Leitrim. We supplied and installed all the partition walls, bulkheads and ceilings.

PROJECT DELIVERY

As with all retail refurbishments, store closure timescales are of necessity as short as possible. Challenges are compounded as different skilled teams compete for time and space in a confined retail environment. Unloading of deliveries was also restricted in busy town centres.

Multitek thrives in this type of challenge, supported throughout by our indomitable back-office team. We strive to work in partnership “to support and push each other to be the best.”

To be awarded a rolling programme of six stores on such a fast-track schedule is evidence of our fitout client’s confidence in our skills, expertise and delivery track record.
