Our safety vision is clear: make it safe; make it personal; make it simple. To achieve this, our strategy targets critical risks and is underlined by processes to ensure that we achieve consistent behaviours in our staff and subcontractors.

We have created a behavioural framework, developed in collaboration with our subcontractors. This ensures everyone is treated equally and with respect. It makes safety personal and creates an environment where everyone takes greater responsibility for the safety of their colleagues.

Risk assessments and method statements for each project are carried out adhering to all relevant health and safety legislation. At Multitek, we have implemented procedures to ensure all aspects of our service delivery are proactively managed, monitored, and continual improvement is implemented if necessary. We integrate Health and Safety into everything we do.
